It is with great pleasure and honor that I serve as the Director of Student Activities at Midlothian High School. I’m a graduate of the Mighty Blue & Orange-Virginia State University. While a Trojan, I obtained a Bachelor’s of Science, Masters of Science and an Endorsement in Educational Administration and Supervision. I have taught all science disciplines on the middle and high school level including IB Biology at Midlothian High School.

I started by coaching career at Prince George High School as the JV Girls Basketball Coach. A year later, I became the Varsity Head Coach Girls’ Basketball Coach. I coached the Varsity program for 8 years,  was blessed to have 10 players play basketball at the next level , had 8 consecutive winning seasons, as well as Central District and Tournament Championship and Coach of the Year Accolades. I have a passion for helping young people push themselves to succeed at their best but also mentor them to want to give 100% at all times.

I’m entering my 6th year as Director of Student Activities. I previously served 5 years as the Student Activities Director at Huguenot High School. Success isn’t only measured by how many touchdowns you made, how many points you scored or how many takedowns you have, but in your ability to leave MHS with the confidence and knowledge that you will be a productive member in society. My hope and prayer is that you will leave MHS better than you began. I’m excited to be your Director of Student Activities and I wish all student-athletes and the entire student body the best in all future endeavors.
